Campus Card is a prepaid card for canteen purchases at UNIS Hanoi. The Campus Card portal is a website designed to allow parents to manage their family’s and household Campus Cards in one place. Through this portal, you can view the shared family wallet balance, monitor each family or household member’s card information, set daily spending limits, and top up your family wallet.
By using the Campus Card, the user agrees to the following terms and conditions:
- Users agree to comply with the requirements and instructions provided in the accompanying User Guide.
- Users agree to the Refund Policy outlined in User Guide.
- Users agree to the applicable fees as officially displayed on the top-up interface of the Campus Card payment system.
- Users are responsible for safeguarding their Campus Card and must promptly report any lost card or suspected unauthorised use of their Campus Card through the official support channel.
